Full Pass - $75.00 (13-17yo $50.00)- This pass is for the entire weekend Friday - Sunday. Full passes allow full access to the event all days the event is opened. Only Adult Full Pass holders can participate in the grand prize raffle (with purchase of the tote bag). Purchasing the full pass also includes the opportunity to participate in the challenges that occur.

Day Pass - $40.00 (13-17yo $35.00)- This option is good for one day, either Friday or Saturday. Day pass attendees can attend, shop partake in the classes for that day etc. but can not partake in the Grande Prize Raffle, and may not participate in the challenges after hours.

Tote Bag - The tote bag is more than just a nifty way to carry gear around the Gatherthing. The tote bag will enter you into the Grand Prize Raffle (see below for details). It will be adorned with the logos of all the Sponsors so you know who to go see to increase your chances of winning the Grande Prize Raffle. If you purchase the tote bags before the event you will pay $7.50 (two raffle tickets are included in presale of the tote), if you choose to get one at the event you will pay $10.00 (no raffle tickets are included if you purchase the tote at the event). ONLY 1 TOTE BAG PER ADULT FULL WEEKEND PASS is permitted.

Kids under 12 free with paid admission from at least 1 adult guardian. Under 18 needs a guardian present to attend.

Free camping has been arranged if you are camping in the common area, but there are no campfires allowed in the general area. If you wish to have fires, a campsite can be arranged via the ranger office at Bluestone State Park.

Grande Raffle Prize - The attendees have the opportunity to purchase a tote bag prior to the event, totes are also available at the event while supplies last. If the adult attendee purchases before the event, they will be given two free raffle tickets for the grande prize. They can accumulate more tickets by visiting sponsoring venders and qualifying for more tickets according to each sponsors specifications. The tickets may not be bought or sold out right, they can only be earned by qualifying at the sponsors booth. They can also only be earned by folks with a tote bag. Only paying adult attendees with full weekend passes are allowed to participate in the Grand Prize raffle, no one affiliated with the Gatherthing (event staff, volunteers etc), venders, schools, events or those associated with them (during this event) are allowed to participate.
